History of Personal Training in Tai Chi.
Throughout history there have been two types of internal arts training: Public Group classes and Private Individual (Personal Training) classes. These different types of classes have been designed for the needs of individual students. Those who are interested in getting started and developing their Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Meditation skills attend the Public Group classes. Students who seek deeper knowledge take Private Individual classes in addition to the Public Group classes. Those with more specific needs might only train privately.
